How to Deposit Money
Deposits usually credit to your account within a few minutes. If it takes longer than 15 minutes, note the transaction reference number from your mobile banking app and contact us directly via live chat. The x8999 support team will verify using the reference number and resolve the issue quickly.
Log in to x8999 and go to the "Deposit" option. Select Nagad, enter the amount, and send the payment to the Nagad number shown on screen. Save the reference number after sending the payment. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Your balance will update automatically once the transaction is complete.
x8999 does not charge any additional processing fee. However, bKash itself may deduct a small service charge according to its own policy. Use the charge calculator in the bKash app to find out the exact amount. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
The minimum deposit amount at x8999 is ৳100 — this applies equally to all payment methods, meaning a minimum of ৳100 is required for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
Bonuses & Offers
Yes, it is possible to cancel a bonus. However, cancelling a bonus will void any winnings earned from that bonus, and only your original deposit amount will remain in your account. To cancel a bonus, contact the support team via live chat — they will assist you promptly.
The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account — at the time of the first deposit. If the same person opens multiple accounts to claim the bonus, both accounts may be suspended. Under x8999 rules, only one account per player is allowed.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus at x8999 is 20 times the bonus amount, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
Slot games are generally the most eligible for bonus wagering contributions. Live casino table games and certain specific games may contribute partially or not at all. Contact the support team to find out how much each game contributes.
Account Related Questions

A secure password should have at least 8 characters and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (such as @, #, $). Do not use your date of birth or phone number as a password. It is safer not to share your x8999 account password with anyone.
Logging in from a new device is generally not a problem — you can log in with your username and password. However, a verification step may sometimes be required for security. Avoid staying logged in on an old device at the same time, and make it a habit to log out when you are done.
Contact x8999 support via live chat or email to update your personal information. Some details may be requested to verify your identity. Before changing your phone number, make sure the new number is active and matches your payment method.
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page — a verification code will be sent to your registered phone number. Set a new password using the code. If that option does not work either, contact x8999 via live chat or email at [email protected].
